Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the AiBiFy website (aibify.com) and the AiBiFy application, operated by Kadabrix Ltd. (company no. 517173985), Israel ("AiBiFy", "we"). By using the service you agree to these terms. Where your organization has a signed agreement with us, that agreement prevails.
1. The service
AiBiFy is a business-intelligence assistant. Your organization connects its business data (for example an ERP system) to a dedicated workspace; authorized users build reports and automations over that data with an AI assistant, and may connect their own Gmail account so that AiBiFy can send emails they request on their behalf.
2. Accounts
Access is granted by your organization's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@kadabrix.com about any unauthorized use.
3. Sending email from your account
- Messages are sent only after your explicit approval, or to recipients you approved in advance for a specific report or automation. You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time.
- You are responsible for the recipients you approve and for the content you send, and for having the right to send it to them.
- You must not use AiBiFy to send spam, unsolicited bulk or marketing email, or unlawful, misleading or harmful content, and you must comply with Gmail's program policies and applicable anti-spam law.
- We may suspend sending for an account that violates these rules.
4. Your data
Your organization's data remains its property. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated output may contain errors; review reports and messages before relying on them or approving them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access, interfere with the service or its security, reverse-engineer it, or use it in violation of law or third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
The service, the website and their content, design and trademarks belong to AiBiFy. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiBiFy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, Gmail connections are revoked and deleted, and your organization's data is handled as set out in its agreement and our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published at this address with its effective date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
