AiBiFy — the AI engine that knows your business

AiBiFy is a business-intelligence assistant for small and mid-size companies. It connects to your ERP (such as Priority), learns your business language, and lets your team ask questions, build reports and automate them — in Hebrew, from the desktop or the phone.

What AiBiFy does

• Answers in your business language. Ask "which customers are late on payments this month?" and get an answer built from your own data.
• Builds living reports. Tables, charts and PDF reports that stay up to date and can run on a schedule.
• Read-only and governed. AiBiFy reads your ERP — it never changes it. Every user sees only what their role allows, and every action with a side effect needs approval.
• Sends from your own mailbox. Connect Gmail and AiBiFy can email a report to your supplier or customer from your own address — only when you approve. How the Gmail integration works.

Gmail and your privacy

AiBiFy requests only the permission to send email (gmail.send). It does not read your mailbox. Messages are approved by you or sent only to recipients you approved in advance. You can disconnect at any time. Information received from Google APIs is handled under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements — see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
