Gmail integration

Connect your Gmail account so that reports and messages you create in AiBiFy are sent from your own address, to the people you choose, only when you approve.

Why AiBiFy asks for Gmail access

Business reports are useful when they reach the right person. With AiBiFy you can, for example, have this week's open purchase orders sent as a PDF to your supplier every Sunday morning. Suppliers and customers trust email that comes from you, and their replies come back to your inbox — not to a no-reply address.

What permission is requested

How it works

1. In your AiBiFy workspace, open Connect Gmail and sign in with Google. Google shows you exactly what you are granting.
2. When the assistant or one of your reports wants to send an email, you see the recipients, subject, body and attachments and approve it — or you approve a fixed list of recipients in advance for a scheduled report.
3. The message is sent from your Gmail account and recorded in your workspace's activity log.
4. Click Disconnect at any time: the token is deleted from our systems and revoked at Google.

Your data

Information received from Google is used only to send the messages you request. It is never used for advertising, never sold or shared with third parties, and never used to train AI models. AiBiFy's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
